El médico forense que levantó el cadáver certificó la muerte del menor a causa de asfixia por ahogamiento, que sufrió al momento en que supuestamente resbaló en una de las piscinas de Kaskada Park.
Pese a que la muerte del niño ocurrió a la 1:00 de la tarde del miércoles las autoridades no habían informado el lugar donde ocurrió el hecho para proteger a la empresa involucrada.
Alexander Vidal Filpo no es el primer niño que muere ahogado en Kaskada Park.
